English: Berber flag”. Originally created by the Berber Academy (Agraw Imazighen) in the 70s, the flag was adopted in 1998 flag of the Berber people by the Amazigh World Congress (CMA, Agraw Amadlan Amazigh). The “ⵣ” symbol is a Tifinagh letter called "yaz" and pronounced [z].

Tras su creación inicial en la década de 1970 por la Academia Bereber (Agraw Imazighen), el símbolo fue adoptado en 1998 como bandera del pueblo bereber por el Congreso Mundial Amazig (CMA, Agraw Amadlan Amazigh). Se compone de una letra ⵣ [z] roja, color que representa la tez morena de la población bereber, sobre un fondo tricolor horizontal azul, verde y amarillo. El azul representa el cielo, el verde representa el reflejo de las montañas en el agua, y el amarillo, la arena del mar.
